1. Acceptance of Terms

5.2 Deposit Terms

12. Suspension & Termination

xz777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that xz777 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law
